DARREN STUBBS
CHAIRMAN
Darren is a successful entrepreneur having enjoyed a career in the home building sector spanning over 40 years.
He is an established business leader and was responsible for founding and growing Stonebridge Homes from inception to £100m+ valuation. He is also a serial investor in growth and established businesses.

In his spare time Darren is a qualified pilot and can also be found enjoying maritime voyages around the Channel Islands and beyond. He is a loyal Leeds United supporter through thick and thin.
TOM HURLEY
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Tom is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience across private capital markets and a proven track record of successful investments.
Prior to Stonebridge Capital, Tom worked at Seneca Partners and previously Traditum Private Investment Office where he was responsible for leading flexible,
long-term investment structures to benefit investors and investee companies.

Tom is also a Trustee for Yorkshire Childrenʼs Charity. In his spare time he enjoys golf, mountain biking and occasionally checking in on Leeds United.
NIGEL HOYLE
NON-EXEC DIRECTOR
Nigel is the Head of Corporate at Blacks Solicitors and is recognised by Legal 500 as a ‘Leading Partner’. He has been Darren’s principal legal advisor for more than 20 years.
As well as the trusted legal advisor to a number of business owners and high net worth individuals, Nigel is a NED to a handful of companies.
In his spare time, Nigel enjoys fell walking and visiting his children in Bristol, London and Girona. He follows Huddersfield Town through the not so thick and the very thin but has adopted LUFC for something to cheer.
